HistEdges transformation

Description

For a given histogram returns bin edges as ``Points``.

Inputs
^^^^^^

1. ``histedges.hist`` — The input edges are defined from it.

Outputs
^^^^^^^

1. ``histedges.edges`` — the output array with binning.

The output is frozen after invocation.
